The darkness and shape of this Anthurium papillilaminum is on full display here. This clonal cross created by Daryl V. of Tezula plants is an inky display of what breeders can produce from seed. This is a cross of two exceptional wild origin clones from famous SoFlo plant collector Rory A. A lot of papillilaminum on the market today is from Rory’s collections. This particular plant has darkness levels that are off the charts. The pillowy velvet is so alluring I almost want to rest my head on it at night. The lobular and leaf shape are unlike any other papillilaminum in my collection here in N.C.
