Auxin is responsible for the leaf putting itself in timeout… it will all work out though so just leave it alone.

I know I have been the worst for this until recently learning this fact from Dr. Catherine Kleier in her online course available via Great Courses. This clearly isn’t an ad, I genuinely have used this resource to take deep dives or tip toes into what could have been deep dives into various subjects.
